We strive for a fit and healthy country. We always promote healthy food, daily exercise, and try to only give positive influences.

Our national foods are all fruits: Apples, Oranges, Watermelons, and Strawberries.

We have fruit as our national fruit, because we love fruit and it is vitamin rich. Also we promote that everyone eats from all food groups, so that they get the nutrients they need.
-Lifestyle: The lifestyle is relaxed, but meaningful. We make sure that no one is over worked and stressed, but not too lazy. We also promote an hour a day for working out. We are striving for all of our teens to be fit, unlike the 1/3 of American teens who aren't.
-All of these steps lead to the longevity of our people's lives. If they follow the steps we have provided, and have the good influences of our country; they will live a long happy life!

Utopian Reasoning
This is the most utopian because all of our people are very healthy due to our eating and exercise requirements. Our people are therefore able to live a longer, healthier, and happier lifestyle!

- 20 high knees
- 20 buttkicks
- 10 push-ups
- 30 crunches
- Two 30 second wall sits
- Then repeat as many times as you wish.
